A creative way to strengthen connection

School leaders are asked to improve engagement, belonging, and attendance at once. Knowing Me gives students a regular place to reflect, make, share, and see themselves in the learning.

Arts education isn’t separate from the goals schools are already working toward. In a randomized study across 42 Houston elementary and middle schools, expanded arts opportunities were associated with fewer disciplinary infractions, stronger writing achievement, and greater empathy among students.
